ORDERS and DELIVERY
Payments can be made by pay pal or bank transfer. You do not need to have a Pay pal account to make a purchase and can sign in as a guest and use your preferred card.
I also sell my paintings on different sites so in the circumstance that your painting has just been sold elsewhere I will refund you immediately. You are welcome to check with me before making a payment to see if a painting is still available....
When purchasing a painting please include your email address, contact telephone number and your postal address.
I will confirm your order and payment and as soon as funds have cleared I will contact you to advise you when your painting will be sent, as a signature will be required. All Paintings will be securely wrapped and sent within 2 days of cleared funds.
Postage, Packing and Insurance are included in all of my prices for Paintings within the UK. They will have tracking and will need to be signed for.
For all other destinations please enquire as costs will vary depending on weight and value.

RETURNS
I hope that you will be delighted with your purchase as I work to high standards and as yet have not had any paintings returned to me but I guarantee that if for any reason you are not 100% happy with your painting you may return it for a full refund (less postage).
I ask that you return it in perfect condition and in the original packaging (Please advise me first if you are to return a painting)
Please also return by a service with tracking, full insurance value and a 'signed' for delivery.
DAMAGES IN TRANSIT
If upon receipt your painting is damaged please inform me immediately. You will be fully refunded and I will ask you to return the damaged painting so that I can make a claim from the post office. I will pay for the cost of return postage.
